Summer Heat
As the summer heat flares up, don't forget to take care of yourself! Just like plants needing extra water during this time, so might you. Have a sip of iced tea, look at the clouds and notice which direction they move, and take a moment to breathe. Overall, please be open to loving and caring for yourself. That is my hope for you this July!
