Where do you get your honey from?

Our honey comes from Desert Creek in Blue Ridge, Texas. The honey is infused with plants by Green Witch's Brew!

What kind of honey do you use?

Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and organic honey which is sourced in Blue Ridge Texas.

Do you have your own bees?

No. Rather than attempt to raise bees in a pollution filled environment, we source our honey in a less polluted area from a small business.

Do you grow your own products?

Not all of our ingredients are Texas terrain friendly. In the beginning, we made all of our teas with ingredients from my personal garden. As we continued to grow and expand, I've had to outsource ingredients to keep up with demand.

Are your teas organic? Vegan friendly? All-Natural?

All of our tea ingredients are USDA Food Grade, Organic, and loose leaf. We have no teas that use animal products. The only product we have which is not vegan friendly is our honey.

Can I return a product if it's not what I'm wanting?

Because our products are consumable, refunds are not available after we have shipped the product out. If there is damage, then please message our website directly and we will either provide a new product or issue a refund.

I placed an order. When will I receive it?

The day you place your order, it will process. We will ship all orders within one week of placing your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, we will send you the shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

The simplest way is to go to the Newsletter page on the website and to wait for the pop-up which allows you to subscribe. We send one email a month with a coupon, herb information, helpful ideas, and bee friendliness!

How do I unsubscribe?

At the bottom of our email each month there will be a hyperlink which says 'unsubscribe.' Selecting this and filling in the information will let you successfully unsubscribe.
